Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to do the course in order?
Yes you do. As each week’s lessons and activities build on the previous steps you have taken, and will greatly contribute to your overall progress. Each new module will only be available, once you have completed the previous one.
I am very busy with family responsibilities and work, do I really need to do each module’s activities?
The module’s lessons are supported by the practical changes that you start to make in your life on a daily basis. Together the mental and physical changes will each contribute to getting you out of the stress and misery you are feeling now and into a happier, more in control place. So it is important to do each week’s activities as well as the lesson.
I am so sick of feeling this way, and I need to find the answer to me feeling happy again and in control of my own life quickly. Can I binge the entire course in one weekend?
For any change to happen it takes 22 days of constant repetition before it becomes a habit. We are seeking to transform your life, and remove or at the least lessen your pain, ease your stress and worry, and give you a reason to smile again. This will take time, and so I encourage you to do each module and then the related activities over the following week. This will give you an opportunity to enjoy the process of taking back control of your life, and give it time for the changes you are making to have their effect on you. Remember you did not get to this point overnight. It has probably been a long and sometimes painful process to get to the point of divorce. Give yourself the love and time it will take to find your gifts from divorce, I guarantee that you will not regret it.
Do I need to do every activity?
Yes, however some activities you may have never done before, and so they will take you longer; than someone who has already made some progress in that area themselves previously. We are all individuals and how much or how little is necessary for each person will vary, however, all activities should be done and not skipped.
What happens if I don’t feel like this is the course for me, once I have started?
If after the second module you feel that this is not the course for you, then you can email us and we will happily give you a full refund. All we ask in return is a brief explanation of why you are seeking a refund so we can see where the course has not met your expectations. This however is only possible after the second module has been released, after which we assume you are finding the course to be as beneficial as we intended for you.
